Welcome to the 11th annual Valley Fishing & Outdoors show, which will be held in the Carp Arena and Farigrounds located in the village of Carp within the city of Ottawa. This years show will be held on April 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2010.

New this year is the addition of another show building which will allow us to grow in attendance and exhibitors. Last year the shows attendance exceeded anything we have had in the past. Over 12000 people passed through our doors and we are expecting that number to increase. This is due to an aggressive advertising campaign on four radio stations, television, road signs, posters, and daily newspapers which cover the Seaway Valley, Ottawa Valley and Western Quebec. Our reputation and past success has been a contributing factor to making this show the largest in Eastern Ontario both in exhibitors and public attendance.

Booth spaces filled quickly to the point we had no spaces available for some exhibitors who regrettably had to be turned away. Upon receipt of your payment; an invoice and four passes will be sent to you confirming your booth space. Once the above date is passed, exhibitor space will be awarded on a first come basis at the higher price. As we are currently at exhibitor capacity, we have started a waiting list for any cancellations that may occur for available booth space.

Once again there will be an ATM on sight as we have found they are used extensively. We have added some policies for the show and I would ask you to take a few minutes to read them to avoid any confusion . They will be enforced this year. Also, we would ask that you consider how many spaces and accessories you will require as last minute changes will not be permitted. Some exhibitors failed to meet their financial obligation or did not exhibit after we accepted a verbal commitment . We will not accept registrations unless they are in writing with full payment prior to the show.

We have currently reached exhibitor capacity and no more booth space is available.  If you have not confirmed your booth space, a waiting list has been established for booths should any cancellations occur between now and show date.

We have secured a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn, 222 Hearst Way, Kanata. You can reserve your room by calling: 1-613-592-2200. Rooms must be booked no later than February 18, 2010 to receive the show special pricing.

An ATM machine will be on site again this year for everyone’s shopping needs.
