Dear Exhibitor:

Welcome to the 9th annual Valley Fishing and Outdoors Show which will be held in the Carp Arena and Fairgrounds located in the Village of Carp within the City of Ottawa. This years show will be held on April 11th, 12th & 13th 2008.

Each year the attendance continues to grow. We expect this years to surpass eight thousand persons. This is due to our aggressive advertising campaign on: four radio stations; television; road signs; posters; Ottawa Sun and ten local newspapers, which cover the Seaway Valley, Ottawa Valley and Western Quebec. It is also an indicator of a quality family show which we thank our sponsors and previous exhibitors for their contribution.

There are some special events planned for this years show and once everything is confirmed these will be posted on the web site. Seminars and demonstrations will take place all weekend.

Booth spaces filled quickly to the point we had no spaces available for some exhibitors who regrettably had to be turned away. Upon receipt of your payment; an invoice and four passes will be sent to you confirming your booth space. Once the above date is passed, exhibitor space will be awarded on a first come basis at the higher price.

Once again there will be an ATM on sight as we have found they are used extensively. We have added some policies for the show and I would ask you to take a few minutes to read them to avoid any confusion . They will be enforced this year. Also, we would ask that you consider how many spaces and accessories you will require as last minute changes will not be permitted. Some exhibitors failed to meet their financial obligation or did not exhibit after we accepted a verbal commitment . We will not accept registrations unless they are in writing with full payment prior to the show.
